Lifeline offers a 1 day course, which includes a Canadian Red Cross Certification in CPR/AED includes cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen. Courses meet legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards, and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Online blended course is now available for this course.
Mandatory Pocket Masks: To ensure the safety of our participants we have been instructed by the Canadian Red Cross to transition and advise all of our participants to use pocket masks. We at Lifeline CPR and First Aid recommend you bring your own pocket mask to your course. Pocket masks can be purchased at our training facility for $10.00 each. Lifeline will create an interactive classroom experience, whether in a traditional classroom setting, or in a private workplace setting. All participants will gain knowledge and skills practice led by a Canadian Red Cross certified instructor.
Traditional Course: 1 day in person course
Online Blended Course: A combination of online learning and in person training. The first portion of the course will be completed independently online and the second portion of the course will be completed in person focusing on the hands on skills training. *Level BLS is not available as an online blended course.
