Lifeline offers a 1 day course to re-certify your CPR certification. Both levels include Automated External Defibrillator, also known as AED training. Our course meets the Canadian Red Cross requirements for the latest First Aid and CPR guidelines and requirements.

Mandatory Pocket Masks: To ensure the safety of our participants we have been instructed by the Canadian Red Cross to transition and advise all of our participants to use pocket masks. We at Lifeline CPR and First Aid recommend you bring your own pocket mask to your course. Pocket masks can be purchased at our training facility for $10.00 each. Course Delivery:

Lifeline will create an interactive classroom experience, whether in a traditional classroom setting, or in a private workplace setting. All participants will gain knowledge and skills practice led by a Canadian Red Cross certified Instructor.

Traditional Course: 1 day in person course

Blended Course:  A combination of online training and in person training. The first portion of the course will be completed independently online. The online training must be completed before attending the in person training. Full payment is required in order to obtain access to the online training. The second portion of the course will be completed in person on a different date and will focus on the hands on skills training. Kindly select the in person training date from the drop down menu to confirm your in person course date.

Course begins at 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise specified.

Prerequisites:

Must have a current CPR certification.
